Getting started
How do I create my first site?▾
After signing up, go to Sites → Add site, paste your WordPress URL, and create an application password in your WP admin. OmisFlow stores it encrypted and uses it to publish drafts and pins.
Where do ideas come from?▾
The Idea Inbox fills from three sources: manual additions, CSV import (Pinterest exports, keyword research tools), and — on paid plans — Competitor Spy + trend probes.
Can I preview an AI-generated post before it publishes?▾
Yes. Every post stops at the review_required stage by default. You can approve, edit, or discard it before it goes to WordPress.
WordPress
What permissions does the WordPress application password need?▾
Standard WP REST API permissions for the author or editor role you create it under. Admin is not required and we recommend against it.
Why is my post stuck in 'publishing'?▾
Usually an auth or network issue between OmisFlow and your WP site. Check the error inline on the post row — it'll tell you whether to regenerate the app password or fix a firewall rule.
Can I schedule posts for a specific local time?▾
Yes. The calendar scheduler uses your workspace timezone, which you can set under Settings.
Pinterest & images
Can OmisFlow publish directly to Pinterest?▾
Scheduled publishing on Pinterest is currently handled by our Chrome extension — OmisFlow generates the pin creative and queues it up, the extension does the actual posting so you bypass API gating.
How do competitor pins get into my Ideas Inbox?▾
Add a Pinterest profile URL under Ideas → Competitors. The hourly probe extracts new pins from their profile and any followed boards, scoring them by velocity.
What image providers are supported?▾
Replicate and OpenRouter-hosted image models today. Configure keys under Settings → Integrations. The cost is tracked per workspace under Billing → Usage.
Billing
How does the free trial work?▾
Every new paid subscription includes a 14-day free trial — you won't be charged until day 15 and you can cancel any time before that at no cost.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?▾
Yes, from the Billing dashboard. Switches to yearly are charged prorated immediately. Switches back to monthly apply at your next renewal.
What if I go over a limit mid-cycle?▾
OmisFlow surfaces a paywall at the exact action that would exceed your cap. Upgrade and you can continue instantly — no data is lost.
Do you refund?▾
Cancel within 7 days of a new subscription and reply to your receipt email — we issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Troubleshooting
I can't sign in — password reset didn't arrive.▾
Check spam folder for a mail from notifications@omisflow.com. If nothing, try again and verify the email matches the one you signed up with.
A cron worker seems stuck.▾
Open the admin → System status page (Cloud admins only) or ping support. Workers are watchdogged and re-claimed after 10 minutes of inactivity.
My affiliate clicks aren't being recorded.▾
Clicks are tracked through the ?ref=<slug> parameter and require cookies to be enabled. Attribution is 90-day last-touch.
