Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OmisFlow (“the Service”), operated by OmisFlow (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OmisFlow is a content automation platform that enables users to manage multiple WordPress websites, generate AI-powered content and images, create and schedule Pinterest pins, and distribute content across social media platforms from a single dashboard. The Service is available in both a self-hosted Community Edition and a hosted Cloud Edition.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual), depending on the plan you select. All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd (for customers outside the US) or Paddle.com Inc (for US customers). Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, sales tax, VAT, and GST calculations.

All fees are exclusive of taxes, which Paddle calculates and applies automatically based on your location. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for certain plans. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically begin unless you cancel before the trial ends. No payment method is required during the trial period. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@omisflow.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For details on refund eligibility, please see our Refund Policy.

7. Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK)

The Service allows you to provide your own API keys for third-party AI providers (such as OpenRouter, Fal.ai, Replicate, and others) and for connecting your WordPress sites via application passwords. These credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption and are never logged, transmitted to third parties, or used for any purpose other than executing requests on your behalf.

You are solely responsible for managing and securing your third-party API keys and credentials. You agree that your use of third-party services through OmisFlow is subject to the respective third-party provider's terms of service and pricing. OmisFlow is not responsible for any charges, fees, or liabilities incurred through your use of third-party API keys.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Generate, distribute, or publish illegal, harmful, misleading, or infringing content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond the provided API
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content generated by or provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OmisFlow. Content you create using the Service remains your intellectual property. We claim no ownership over your WordPress posts, generated images, social media content, or any other user-generated content.

10. AI-Generated Content

The Service utilizes third-party AI models to generate text, images, and other content. AI-generated content is provided “as is” and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before publishing. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, originality, or fitness of AI-generated output for any particular purpose.

11. Data Portability

You retain full ownership of your data. You may export your posts, pins, ideas, and other content as CSV files at any time. Upon account deletion, all associated data (including stored credentials, generated content, and usage history) will be permanently removed within 30 days.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OmisFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us or deleting your account through the Service settings.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
