Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment
We want you to be satisfied with OmisFlow. If our Service does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward refund process. All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, which handles refund disbursements on our behalf.
2. 7-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription charge. This applies to:
- Your first subscription payment after a free trial ends
- Your first subscription payment if you skipped the trial
- Upgrades to a higher-tier plan (refund of the prorated difference within 7 days of the upgrade)
To request a refund within this window, simply reply to your Paddle receipt email or contact us at support@omisflow.com. No questions asked.
3. After the 7-Day Window
After the 7-day refund window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a full or partial refund if:
- You experienced a significant Service outage or technical issue that prevented normal use
- You were charged in error (e.g., a billing system issue caused a double charge)
- You can demonstrate that the Service did not function as described
We do not offer refunds for:
- Partial months of Service or unused subscription time after the refund window
- Third-party costs incurred through your own API keys (BYOK) — these are between you and the provider
- Downgrade to a lower plan (the difference is not refunded; the new rate takes effect at the next billing cycle)
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
4. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Dashboard: Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel
- Paddle Portal: Use the customer portal link in any Paddle receipt email
- Email: Contact support@omisflow.com
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again. Your data is retained for 30 days after your subscription ends to allow reactivation, after which it is permanently deleted.
5. Free Trial
If you are on a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. No payment method is required to start a trial.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Paddle handles all applicable tax adjustments automatically.
